Both plans are purchased inside TearMark — when the trial ends, or anytime from Settings → Plan. Payment goes through your Apple Account.
Prices shown are for the Japanese App Store; your own store sets the price in your region. The annual plan renews automatically through your Apple Account until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime in your App Store subscriptions. If a subscription ever lapses, everything you wrote stays readable, searchable, and exportable forever.

表示は日本の App Store の価格です。ほかの地域では、お住まいの国の App Store の価格になります。 年間プランは Apple アカウントを通して毎年自動更新され、App Store のサブスクリプション設定から いつでも解約できます。失効しても、書いたメモは閲覧・検索・書き出しがずっと使えます。
