The basics
- Open — ⌘⇧Space, or click the menu bar icon. It reopens where you left off, ready to type
- New entry — ⌘N, or ⌥-click the icon
- Tear off — drag the window and let go; it stays put as a sticky
- Show the list — ⌘L. Type in the search field for full-text search
- Send to Obsidian — right-click an entry in the list
Working with an outline
A list can be nested, moved and folded. This works inside one entry — TearMark does not turn the whole app into a tree.
- Nest — Tab / ⇧Tab
- Reorder — ⌥↑ / ⌥↓. Children come along
- Fold — ⌘., or click the ring around a bullet, or the … at the end of a heading, checklist or numbered item
- Show the outline — press ⇧⌘. and only the outline is left: the headings, and the outermost items of any list
- Select — ⌘A widens one step each time you press it: the item → with its children → this section → the one around it → the whole note. ⇧⌘A takes the whole note in one press. Select, then use Extract in the toolbar to move that branch into a note of its own
Folding is only how the note looks. Your .md file is the same folded or not, and folds are forgotten when you quit.

使い方の基本
- 開く — ⌘⇧Space、またはメニューバーのアイコンをクリック。開いた瞬間に前回の続きが出て、すぐ書けます
- 新しく書く — ⌘N、またはアイコンを ⌥クリック
- ちぎる — ウィンドウをドラッグして離すと、その場に付箋として残ります
- 一覧を出す — ⌘L。検索欄にキーワードを入れると全文検索します
- Obsidian へ送る — 一覧でエントリを右クリック →「Obsidian へ送る」
アウトラインとして使う
箇条書きは、階層にして動かしたり畳んだりできます。効くのは1つのエントリの中だけで、 アプリ全体がツリーになるわけではありません。
- 階層 — Tab / ⇧Tab
- 順序 — ⌥↑ / ⌥↓。子ごと付いてきます
- 畳む — ⌘.、または箇条書きのドットを囲む輪をクリック。 見出し・チェックリスト・番号付きは行末の … をクリック
- アウトライン表示 — ⇧⌘. を押すと骨組みだけが残ります（見出しと、いちばん外側の項目）
- 選ぶ — ⌘A は押すたびに一段ずつ外へ広がります（項目 → 子ごと → いる章 → その外側の章 → メモ全体）。⇧⌘A ならどこにいても1回でメモ全体。 選んでからツールバーの切り出しで、その枝だけ別のメモに移せます
畳みは見え方だけの操作です。.md は畳んでも開いても変わらず、 アプリを終了すれば全部開きます。
