Your confirmation email mentions the App Store — please ignore that part. It is sent by our payment provider and cannot be edited. Download TearMark from the button below, not from the Mac App Store: the App Store edition is purchased separately, and this purchase does not unlock it.
1. Download TearMark
Open the downloaded file and drag TearMark into your Applications folder. Requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.
2. Unlock it
Install TearMark first, then click the button — macOS will open the app and unlock it. The same link is in your confirmation email, and it stays valid for 60 minutes.
Launch TearMark and follow the unlock step in your purchase confirmation email. Once unlocked, the menu bar icon appears and ⌘⇧Space brings out your notepad.
Bought from inside TearMark? There is nothing to unlock — switch back to the app and it opens ready to write within a few seconds.
If something goes wrong
No email within a few minutes? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, or unlocking fails, write to support@tearmark.app with the email address you used at checkout. Every message gets read.

確認メールに App Store の案内が出ますが、無視してください。 決済事業者が送るもので、こちらで文面を変更できません。TearMark は下のボタンから ダウンロードしてください。Mac App Store 版は別売りで、今回のご購入では解錠されません。
1. TearMark をダウンロード
ダウンロードしたファイルを開き、TearMark をアプリケーションフォルダへ ドラッグしてください。動作環境は macOS 14（Sonoma）以降です。
2. 解錠する
先に TearMark をインストールしてから、このボタンを押してください。 macOS がアプリを開いて解錠します。同じリンクは確認メールにも入っていて、 有効期限は60分です。
TearMark を起動し、購入確認メールに書かれた手順で解錠してください。 解錠が済むとメニューバーにアイコンが現れ、⌘⇧Space でメモ帳が出てきます。
TearMark の中から購入した場合、解錠の操作は要りません。 アプリに戻れば数秒で書ける状態になり、そのままメモが出てきます。
うまくいかないとき
数分待ってもメールが届かないときは、まず迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。 それでも見つからないとき、解錠に失敗するときは、決済に使ったメールアドレスを添えて support@tearmark.app までご連絡ください。 いただいたご連絡にはすべて目を通しています。
